The Corporate Drama Team provide participants with real experiential learning. Some people are resistant to role-play as a learning tool. The sensitive way in which all of Mark's team handle this challenge had even the most nervous, sceptical participant identifying clear and positive actions to confidently implement back in the workplace. I worked with the Corporate Drama group to help facilitate a group of senior and mid-level managers at Lincolbshire NHS. Mark and his actors brought the SDI tool to life throug a variety of means, including forum theatre. The sessions evaluated very well, with comments such as "best leadership event to date". This programme has been running for 2-years and had a variety of speakers, so this was high accolade of praise. There was high energy in the room and the audience was fully engaged all day.
I have worked with Mark Huggins and Corporate Drama on 2 different occasions and both were highly successful initiatives.
